Welcome to Mill Pond Mobile Home Park! We are an all-age mobile home community just outside of the city center of Greenwood. Our community features lush trees, off-street parking and cul-de-sacs that create a nice setting for our residents.

We like to describe our community as apartment-style living without the apartment. Each home sits on its own spacious lot and has no connecting walls with your neighbors. Yes, that’s right, no shared walls and lots of outside space to enjoy as well. We offer 2, 3 and 4 bedroom mobile home rentals as well as mobile home space rentals if you wish to move your home into our community.
